Frontiers of Red Oak
This campaign is set in the small lumbering and crossroads village of Red Oak. It is about 3 miles upstream from the larger coastal city of Solanport. The most significant thing about Red Oak is that about 200 years ago the village and the fey of the surrounding forest entered into an agreement known as the Compact of Red Oak. The compact limits the number of trees that can be harvested by the village to one in five and limits clearcutting. All harvested trees must be replaced with new seedlings. No silverwood trees can be cut down. So far the compact has be maintained.
